It also deals with the apparent preparations for the construction of a new temple in accordance with the will of Renkō. This particular enterprise was being done as an act of celebration, and thus should be relayed to the Monto of Shōkōji. The details shouldn`t be revealed (probably because they weren`t yet decided), yet in essence the construction project should be made known. What this letter really does is state the position of importance Shōkōji had and the need to gain their understanding.
